VVVIP ticket packages are limited to 5 per stop.

1. Download The Rosarium App on the App Store or Google Play Store. Become a Premium Black Rose by purchasing a membership in the app. Please note – unlike other tour stops, regular tickets for Malaysia will be open to all fans regardless of your Premium Black Rose membership status

2. Follow the instructions on the pinned post in The Rosarium App, or go to the Tour tab to select your primary tour date to claim your ticket presale codes. You will receive two presale codes, one for regular tickets and one for VIP, VVIP, VVVIP ticket packages on the app and by email once you are signed up.

3. Join the Artist Presale by inputting your presale code into the ticketing platform for regular tickets, VIP & VVIP ticket packages. If you would like to purchase a VVVIP package, please check out directly in The Rosarium app. For Malaysia, VVIP ticket packages are only offered in the app.

Even though you select a primary tour date, you will not be limited to buying tickets on that date. See ticket limits FAQ below.

Regular Tickets: Your regular ticket presale code is valid for up to six tickets. You can use your regular ticket presale code on different tour dates or cities, but the maximum ticket limit per regular ticket presale code is six tickets in total.

VIP, VVIP, VVVIP Ticket Packages: Your VIP presale code is valid for all VIP, VVIP, and VVVIP ticket packages. With your VIP presale code, you can purchase up to two VIP or VVIP tickets per transaction and up to one VVVIP ticket in total. All VIP-tier ticket packages include one premium ticket.

Regular tickets and VIP, VVIP, VVVIP ticket packages are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we anticipate they will sell out quickly. As the number of tickets is limited, receiving presale codes does not guarantee you will be able to purchase tickets and/or ticket packages.

If you are a Premium Black Rose, please visit The Rosarium App in order to claim your codes.

1. Go to the ‘Tour’ section of The Rosarium App and select your primary tour date.

2. There, you can claim both your ‘TICKET PRESALE CODE’ and ‘VIP PRESALE CODE’. – Your Premium Black Rose Membership entitles you to one regular ticket presale code and one VIP ticket presale code.

3. Your VIP presale code is valid for all VIP, VVIP, and VVVIP ticket packages. With your VIP presale code, you can purchase up to two VIP or VVIP ticket packages per transaction and up to one VVVIP ticket package.

4. Your regular ticket presale code is valid for up to six tickets. You can use your regular ticket presale code on different tour dates, but the maximum ticket limit per code is six tickets.

5. Your codes will be sent via email prior to The Rosarium Artist Presale.

6. Copy your code, tap any of the ‘TICKET’ or ‘VIP TICKET’ buttons, and paste your code to purchase regular tickets, VIP, VVIP, or VVVIP ticket packages.

The unique codes you received are only applicable for the Asia and Europe tour dates. You are not able to utilize any codes from any previous presales.

An exclusive behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to put on a concert for The Rose. Includes a brief tour of the stage and backstage areas as well as the opportunity to hang out with The Rose in their Green Room! The Rose's concert at Hovet is being moved to Annexet. The date, March 10, remains unchanged, and your purchased tickets will be valid for the new venue; you do not need a new ticket or to do anything else to validate your ticket.
