An exclusive behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to put on a concert for The Rose. Includes a brief tour of the stage and backstage areas as well as the opportunity to hang out with The Rose in their Green Room! This is not a backstage pass and after the experience is complete the Ticket Holder will return to the audience area. Hangout to last approximately 5 minutes.

Please arrive early to ensure timely entry into the venue. VIP package holders should receive an email 3 days prior to the show with check-in times and instructions.

– No camping at the venues

– Fan-made line maintenance (e.g., self-numbering or wristbands) may or may not be respected by the venue. TA has no control over this and any questions should be addressed to the venue.

– Please be respectful of local businesses and residents and don’t block doorways or access points when lining up. Please also maintain a clean environment and be aware of your noise level.

– For parking and public transportation information, please consult the venue’s website.

– Non-VIP Package holders. There will be one line for ticket holders that do not have a VIP package of any kind. Please look for signage indicating where that line is or ask venue staff when you arrive to make sure you are in the appropriate line.

– VIP, VVIP and VVVIP Purchasers. You should receive an email 3 days prior to the show with specific instructions for your VIP tier. If you haven’t received that email or have additional questions after reading all of these FAQs, please email therose@transparentarts.com. Upon arrival at the venue, please look for signage indicating the VIP check-in area near the box office. Please check in with the VIP Coordinator at the VIP check-in area. Your VIP Coordinator will then give you directions as to where to line up.

Due to security reasons, neither the artists nor staff will accept gifts of any kind at the venue.

Gifts will not be allowed inside the venue and may be confiscated. If you do wish to send a gift, kindly mail it to:
